Multifunctional residential complex "Mangazeya na Rechnoy" (Lot 8), located at: Moscow, SAO, inner-city municipality of Levoberezhnoye, Leningradskoe highway, land plot 57/4/1, includes:

• Multi-storey apartment building with built-in underground parking and built-in non-residential public premises on the 1st floor. 
• multi-apartment residential buildings with built-in and attached rooms: 
• buildings of management bodies of institutions, design organizations, information and editorial publishing organizations, scientific organizations, banks, offices, offices, business premises (commercial premises without specific technology); 
• warehouses, parking for cars without maintenance and repair.

The working documentation is based on:

• project documentation that has received a positive expert opinion; 
• special technical conditions for design and construction; 
• special technical conditions for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety of the facility; 
• the AGR album, agreed by the ICA.   

When developing the working documentation, fire safety, safety, and labor protection requirements are taken into account. The working documentation has been developed to the extent necessary and sufficient for the construction and commissioning of the Facility. The final composition of the work and the schedule for the preparation of sets of working documentation are agreed with the Customer before the start of the work.
