Work methods and process
1. Process Engineering
ENECA’s process engineers pay special attention to the nature and technology of the production process. Most structural solutions depend on this - for example, the spacing and span of columns. The production process also determines the aggressiveness of the environment and the intensity of industrial building equipment usage. The industrial equipment is selected and calculated, work process automation is planned. There is also an opportunity to provide materials, raw materials, and energy. The industrial enterprise's hazard class is established, which determines the size of sanitary zones.
2. Pre-design Research
Even at the pre-design research stage, ENECA’s engineers work on plans of utilities, connections and networks, as well as special technical means for maintenance of the territory, stormwater drainage systems, etc., to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of the enterprise. In addition, sanitary, fire safety, and other standards are elaborated to create a comfortable and safe working environment for the enterprise. The construction site itself should be selected based on economic calculations and engineering surveys, including mandatory compliance with environmental protection legislation.
3. Modern Appearance
The modern and visually appealing design of the enterprise plays a crucial role. For the exterior finishes, contemporary materials are chosen to best complement the surrounding environment. A landscaping and greenery project is also planned for the area surrounding the industrial building, incorporating small architectural features.
4. BIM Modelling
Comprehensive design, performing the function of General Designer, engineering and design documentation, tender documentation and 3D modelling, collision detection, BIM building model and virtual design, volume calculation, project coordination using BIM, author's support of detailed design documentation development.
