ENECA 360
1. Technologies

The use of licensed software reduces the likelihood of technological failures of information systems and helps to avoid unnecessary legal checks. We use products made by Autodesk (Revit, Civil 3D, NavisWorks, etc.), Trimble (Tekla Structures), EPLAN and other developers, depending on the project needs and the Customer’s requirements.

2. Cost Engineering

We understand that the vision of design does not always match the given budget. We can develop any concept to achieve similar design results within the given budget.

3. Approaches

Reconstruction, modernisation, and the introduction of new cutting-edge process systems may seem confusing and leave you uncertain about where to start and what to do. Be confident, we won’t offer ineffective solutions. Instead, we can offer a set of measures and work that will be justified and efficient for further development of the project. To be precise: we will analyse the status of the project and develop a roadmap for project implementation including the description of the work types and costs

4. Conformance

We strive to monitor the quality of documentation in terms of building codes, fire safety and environment. We have specialists and expert partnerships with companies in these fields. If you require licenses and certificates that we currently lack, we will make every effort to obtain them.

5. Archive

Our extensive project archive allows us to apply proven solutions to pre-design studies across different technologies, while considering cost-effectiveness and profitability.

6. Local Support on Site

Employees of all regional companies work closely with ENECA. Since entering the markets, these companies have been working together with ENECA’s specialists to implement projects both for local regional customers and for companies working all around the world. Regional branch offices provide technical support to geographically distributed customers, ensuring timely response to requests from the customer organisations.

7. Designer Supervision

Knowledge of legislative acts and technical regulations in the field of construction, design and estimate documentation, construction arrangement and work performance documentation, quality control methods, rules for acceptance and inspection of construction, installation and other special work, as well as health and safety rules in construction allow ENECA to ensure project compliance in the course of construction process.

8. Copyright

ENECA owns the rights to intellectual property produced in the work process. The copyright may be transferred to the Customer in accordance with the contract and legislation in force.

Development, headway and formation a friendly team is our mission, which consists of the following goals:

  • Enhancing our creative potential, we create projects for our clients at a high architectural and design level;
  • Actively expanding the geography of our services, we are looking for the best designers in Belarus and opening offices in new cities. Today ENECA works in Belarus, Russia, Western European countries, Scandinavia, the Baltic states — more than 10 EU countries and neighbouring countries;
  • Respect is of highly importance! Specialists in the engineering industry must be in demand and their work must be adequately paid. That’s why we put people first in everything we do. A happy, acclaimed person contributes to a high-performing team.
History

2004

We consider the birthday of the company to be the 5th of February, when the idea of the company was born and we started offering our services to the future clients of the company. The official registration took place in June 2004. Initially our team was quite small and consisted of 3 people who carried out pre-project works for energy facilities: feasibility studies and business plans. One of our first clients were RUE Grodnoenergo and Berezovsky Cheese Factory.

2005

From the very beginning of the company, we have always been interested in energy-efficient technologies and renewable energy. And already in the second year of our existence, we started to carry out the first pre-project works related to wind energy and construction of biogas complexes using animal waste. Without false modesty we can say that we were one of the pioneers in this field. Throughout the whole history of development, we are always FOR environmentally friendly technologies!

2006

The company grew, and the complexity of our projects increased with it. We created an environmental department, started to make investment feasibility studies for large energy facilities, and completed our first projects in the field of bioenergy and alternative energy.

Every year our team has learnt and developed. And this is the most important thing for us, because the development of our company is based only on people, their competences and their human qualities.

2007

In 2007 we decided that we were ready to do design. We assembled a team of 5 senior specialists in the main specialities, obtained a design licence and carried out the first architectural and construction projects. Naturally, the first objects we designed were related to the energy sector.

It is worth noting that these were projects with no analogues in the country. Steam generators for milk dryers were one of the first in the country. No one had ever designed a wind generator of such a capacity in Belarus before. We designed one of the first and the first mini-CHPP for a private investor connected to the state energy system.

2008

During this period we started to actively design wood chip boiler plants and we are very pleased to have been involved in these projects, which helped to improve the environmental situation in the country and reduce dependence on imported natural gas.

2009

Design of industrial enterprises.

2010

2010 was a year of expanding borders. We decided that it was interesting to try our hand abroad and started looking for clients in Russia. The Russian market was just beginning to develop the topic of distributed small-scale power generation, and we already had experience in it. We found several partners with whom we continue to work to this day. Over the years we have designed many facilities all over Russia, from Kaliningrad to Korf (Kamchatka) and from Plesetsk to Novorossiysk.

2011

We grew and became stronger, and gradually moved from energy facilities to industrial ones. Our customers, seeing how hard we work for them, offered us to design not only the energy part of their production facilities, but also the production itself. We started with woodworking and building materials production.

To do this, of course, our team has been expanding and we have more and more competences and great, great specialists.

And in 2011, we started using the Worksection online project management system. Since then, the system has developed a lot in our company. It helps to organise many processes and really unite the mental efforts of a large number of highly skilled engineers.

2012

In 2012, we were offered to try our hand at designing shopping centres. We are grateful to our Clients for their trust and gladly decided to master this line of business as well. This is how we started to develop the direction of designing civilian objects and, accordingly, we have specialists not only in industry, but also, for example, architects capable of creating visually pleasing, expressive buildings.

2013

That year we worked a lot on projects of international financial organisations. This is one of our strong competences. Almost from the very foundation we have been co-operating with international engineering and consulting companies and could perceive their experience and style of work.

For example, in 2013, we carried out a very interesting work on analysing available bioresources and the possibility of producing energy from them for the International Finance Corporation. In our work, we covered the entire territory of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation.

In the same year, the company’s workforce exceeded 100 employees for the first time.

2014

2014 can be labelled as the year when BIM-technologies were introduced in our company. Of course, the process was not as easy and fast as we would like it to be. And we continue to improve in this area even now, and we intend to develop with even greater persistence and further. But already then, in 2014, we realised the advantages of BIM design for us as designers.

The main advantages are:

  1. improving the quality of projects
  2. elimination of overlaps between sections
  3. possibility to present to the customer 3D models of both external and internal views of the object.

And this makes it easier to perceive and increases the possibility of making the best decisions for the convenience of the facility in the future.

2015

In 2015, we started to study modern project management methodologies and apply them to our field, design. We turned our attention to Agile, Srum, Lean methodologies, chose those methods that suited us and started implementing them. This started the transformation of the company, the restructuring of approaches, the organisation of Scrum teams. This process was gradual and now we can say that it was the right choice. We facilitate communication between our design specialists on projects and with customers. Our goal is to be as customer-oriented as possible and for this purpose we have organised our work as efficiently and simply as possible.

2016

2016 was dedicated to improving our planning methods. One of our priorities in our work is to comply with deadlines to our customers. We realise that for customers, every extra day of design or construction means lost profit from the project. That is why we will continue to make every effort to optimise our work and reduce design time.

2017

2017 is another very important year in our history. It is the year when we started our work on the international market. We started with the design of steel structures due to the fact that at that time Eurocodes were already introduced in Belarus and our specialists were among the first in the country to master them. We are grateful to our first customers from Germany, who believed in our great desire to start working for the Western European market. The first projects we were assigned were for projects in Serbia and Greece.

2018

The year 2018 was dedicated to further improving the quality of our work. And we understand quality in several aspects:

  1. communication with the customer and convenience of working with us
  2. design solutions — efficiency and optimality of the decisions taken, as well as the absence of errors in the projects
  3. documentation execution.

Quality improvement is an ongoing process and we will continue to pay great attention to it in the future.

It was in 2018 that we decided that our goal was to become the best engineering organisation in Belarus.

2019

Every year we have more and more important events, and we are increasing the pace of development. And this is primarily due to the fact that we have more and more initiative and competent employees in our team. And we try to create conditions of open and honest co-operation for them, when everyone’s opinion will be heard and everyone’s merits will be appreciated. And every member of our team is really important to us!

Thanks to the active use of BIM design technologies, we became a resident of the High Technology Park. This opened up new opportunities for our growth and investment attraction.

We have been given great trust to introduce new technologies in design and to bring Belarusian engineers to the international market. And we have huge plans, which we will definitely realise!

2020

The main priorities of our growth for 2020 are:

  1. Maximising the development of BIM technologies
  2. Work on the international market
  3. Improvement of design technology using elements of Agile methodology with increased variant elaboration for the customer in order to find optimal solutions for the customer.
  1. Reduction of design time by simplifying communications between all project participants and accelerating decision-making
  2. ENECA went to ICO to attract investments and provide stable income to Investors. In order to invest in the development of ENECA and receive a stable income of 6.4% per annum in USD you can buy ENECA Tokens on the investment platform by exploring the terms and opportunities on the investment page.

3D MODELLING

3D information modelling serves as a foundation for all subsequent stages of BIM design. It provides detailed visualisation of architectural, structural and engineering solutions, allowing specialists to more easily identify possible conflicts between sections before construction begins. This facilitates communication between participants in the design process and improves the overall quality of the design.

4D MODELLING

The addition of the time component turns the model into a 4D model, which allows you to plan and track the progress of construction work over time, optimise the timing of each stage and visualise the construction process at various stages. This helps to reduce the risks of downtime and delays, improving overall project control.

5D COST ESTIMATE

5D modelling involves extracting the cost of each of the elements of the model using special software, allowing for automated calculation of materials and their costs, which is important for preparing and adjusting estimates. This approach simplifies budget control and allows you to quickly see how changes in the project affect the total cost of construction.

6D ENERGY MODELLING

The use of 6D-modelling allows the performance of a facility to be analysed over its entire life cycle and its energy efficiency and environmental performance to be taken into account. The assessment of building systems and the information provided at this stage is important for optimising operating costs and monitoring future resource use.

7D EXPLOITATION

7D modelling is concerned with the management of a building once it is commissioned: asset management, maintenance planning, repair work and equipment replacement. The value of this lies in the ability to effectively control documentation and operational processes, which provides convenience and transparency in the management of the facility.

8D SAFETY

8D modelling emphasises safety and risk management on projects. This includes the development of safety plans, emergency compliance planning. 8D improves emergency preparedness and enhances the safety of workers and building visitors. Implementing 8D in BIM promotes proactive risk mitigation measures and enhances the security of the facility.
